This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in a region.
Building and managing a team of sales managers and sales support teams and ensuring team performance
Achievement of sales targets for the region
New business development: Drive acquisition and revenue growth of corporate clients through the sales managers.
Retention of existing business
Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction iii. Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions through the sales executives
Maintain quality of business (yield)
Maintaining credit days and on time collections

Maintain quality of business:

  • Collections.
